1. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time begins once payment is cleared, and the item is dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment.

  • For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and while we strive to meet them, our delivery partners and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as factors such as location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery process.

2. Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will promptly contact you via email to address the issue.

3. Inaccurate Address

If any address discrepancies arise with your order resulting in the product being returned to us, a member of our customer care team will reach out to you. Please note that a re-delivery cost will apply for any products returned due to address inaccuracies.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If you are not present when your order is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to pick up your parcel at your local post office. For items delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance for delivery at your convenience. A re-delivery cost may apply if you are not available at the arranged time.

5. Rejected by Receiver

For gift items, please ensure the recipient is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

6. Delivery Time Variability

The expected delivery times provided by each courier partner serve as references only. Various factors may cause delivery delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such instances. If your item does not arrive within ten business days, kindly reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

7. Pick Up or Self-Arranged Courier

Regrettably, pick-up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse. This policy ensures the efficient dispatch of goods from our distribution center at all times.

8. Undeliverable Postcodes

While we strive to deliver our SKUs Australia-wide, certain postcodes may be undeliverable for some SKUs. Additional shipping fees may be charged for specific supplier SKUs, and orders with no available shipment service will be automatically canceled and refunded with email notification. If you require delivery to remote areas, please contact your account manager for further assistance.

9. International Shipping and P.O. Boxes

At present, we do not offer international shipping, and shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not available.
